Owners, or their agents, who are planning to lease or sell their units should go to the Resources for Owners page for a link to the application documents. Also, provisions in our condominium documents that govern leasing and sales are posted there. Otherwise, contact Myrna Love (mlove@resortgroupinc.com), Resort Manage-ment to obtain applications.
Any owner desiring occupancy of his/her unit in their absence by guests must fill out application (on the Resources for Owners page) and give written notice at least seven (7) days in advance, to Myrna Love. The occupancy of a unit by a guest in the absence of the owner of the unit shall be limited to no longer than three (3) consecutive weeks.
--------------
When your air conditioner is serviced, ask the tech to put anti-mold tablets in the humidity drip pan to prevent clogging of the drain pipe. This preventive measure will save money for the Association, i.e., owners, having to unclog the pipe.
---------------
Reminder: If you plan to replace your screen door, board approval of the model selected is required in order to preserve an integrated and esthetically pleasing building appearance. All unit doors are to be covered with a screen door. No bare doors are permitted.
